DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

To view all shipping options add the item to your shopping cart, click checkout and enter your shipping details.

We ship all items out of our Seattle, WA warehouse.  We ship on the same-day when ordered before 11AM PST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays observed by shipping carriers). 

Free shipping is with a non-guaranteed ground service and has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days (M-F) depending on your location.

All express upgrade options are quoted for shipment and delivery Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Example: If you order before 11AM PST on Friday and choose the guaranteed overnight delivery upgrade, your item should be delivered on Monday (as long as Monday is not a holiday).  If you place an order on Tuesday before 11AM PST choosing the guaranteed two-day delivery upgrade, your item should be delivered by Thursday (as long as Thursday is not a holiday).

It is the policy of FedEx and UPS that guaranteed shipments be treated individually (whether shipped as 1 of 1 or 1 of 30).  As such, in the event of a carrier's express shipping service failure, all guaranteed multi-piece shipments will be treated individually.  So if one item is late, only the late item would qualify for a late shipment claim (not the entire shipment).  This is the policy of major shipping carriers and not something that our company has control over.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CARRIER SERVICE GUARANTEES DURING STATES OF EMERGENCY OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES (LIKE PANDEMIC, WEATHER DELAYS, ETC...)

All carrier specific service guarantees will be suspended during any and all states of emergency.  Carriers will  try their best to get ordered items delivered within the service guarantee timeframe, but in the event they do not meet their delivery obligation, neither the carrier or BLUEROCK Tools will accept financial responsibility for late shipments.  If your item is returned to us because your business is closed as a result of a local mandate, you will be responsible for reshipment fees once your business re-opens.   

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes within the continental US unless you have reached out and specifically asked and we have confirmed it is possible. Otherwise, please provide us with a physical address.

Prices quoted are for the continental 48 United States only.  For shipping outside of the lower 48, please contact us prior to purchase and we can get you a shipping quote. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on certain item detail pages. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

For freight items (over 150Lbs), please remember to provide your business name, contact name, contact phone number and confirmation this is shipping to a commercial address with a forklift. We cannot ship until we have this information. Our freight provider charges extra for residential deliveries as well as bringing out freight trucks with liftgate. Depending on your location, to avoid those extra charges, you can always ship to a freight hub and pick up your item when it is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.  Please contact us directly to get a shipping quote by providing your complete non-US address and the item you are interested in.   

Some items do have a Canadian shipping price within the listing already.  Note; that prices quoted to Canada are for shipping only and do not include Canadian customs, duties or taxes.  

US PROTECTORATES

Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Virgin Islands shipping is calculated at check-out. You MUST select Country: "UNITED STATES" and then State: Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.  If you select Country: "Puerto Rico", shipping will not calculate.
