Hello All! Hope everyone is doing well and this note finds you and your family in good health. As of today, we are still shipping normally and our internal operations are not effected (except on the delivery side as carriers are experiencing some delays as stated in earlier blog posts).
Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one this has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
For all customers wanting to do local will-call pickups of our items at our warehouse/office location, we request that all transactions take place over the phone prior to pickup. Furthermore, all pickups will need to have a pickup appointment scheduled prior to visit.
*Appointments will be managed to allow social distancing between customers. You may be asked to wait outside until other customers leave the will-call area.
